Flower Card
Prismacolor pencils were used on flowers.
The music page was from my stash of papers.
The frame design was cut with my Silhouette digital cutter then painted it with Lumiere metallic paint. Stamp from Hearts in Touch

Lovely card! I'm not familiar with the tool you used to cut the frame. Don't think I have ever heard of it.
