For this challenge, I didn't have some of the supplies Tim used on this technique.
For this challenge Simon Says Stamp and Show...Some Polka Dots. I love this cute little bird.
Some of the elements on this card include paper ribbon, diecut frame, grungeboard dots bird diecut and designer paper adhered to folded card.

Aw! Judy, this made my heart happy! What a sweet little card. The polka dot bird is adorable, and your Fragment turned out WONDERFULLY! I love the blue flowers! Great used of the die-cut frame, too. You did a lovely job using the products you had on hand!
