Mixed Media Two

This is another image from The Prima line of Mixed Media dolls. The photo didn't scan well for this tag, I used coordinating  flowers from Prima and designer paper from Prima on dress.
Stamps for the background are from IBFS and Autumn Leaves. Archival sepia and Distress inks from Ranger Ink and Tim Holtz. Trim inked with distress ink pad. Water-soluble color crayons are from Caran d'Ache.

Your never to old to play with paper dolls. My Mother and I got together last weekend we spent two days making tags using our Julie Nutting Mixed Media paper doll stamps. I plan on adding some to my altered books.

Another Red White and Blue Spread

I wasn't ready to put these stamps away even though it's a day after the 4th. I love how this spread turned out. I used Tim's Americana Silhouette #122,
a stencils, gesso, paint, black archival ink and black and white markers.
My journal page was made with smooth card stock and my Bind it All.
Thanks for Looking and Have a nice day!

Red White and Blue

Happy 4th Everyone in America!

This was one of the easiest pieces I've made in a long time. Adhere print to journal page, apply paint, stamp images, add gesso over the top with watermark stamp from
Tim Holtz; Americana Silhouettes #122.
I forgot to add that I used masking tape to mask off some words on the stamp before inking and peeled it off before stamping on page.
