Fall Is Here

I was inspired to make this piece weeks ago after viewing Emma Willams project on Tim Holtz blog. Here is the blog link: http://timholtz.com/autumn-leaves-canvas/

Supplies are Tim Holtz dies, stencil, modeling paste, 4 x 4" canvas from Michaels, Dina Wakley paints.

If anyone has noticed why I haven't posted much this month, I've had a painful reaction to sclerotherapy done on my legs September 23 in Wichita, KS and have had be in bed or on couch for the last 17 days. The only place I've been out of the house; to see my MD doctor; he said I have Thrombosis Phlebitis.
October 22 was my first day up and walking without a cane. I'm still in pain but tolerable. Its October 25, still in pain walking with a cane again. I wish the pain would leave. The vein clinic told me it takes 3 to 6 months of the veins to die, I hope it doesn't take that long. It has been over a month since I had the vein shots in both legs called sclerotherapy. When he did the deep vein shots with ultrasound it was painful as well. If I had thought the surface shots were going to hurt this bad, I would have changed my mind and not taken them. My local doctor told me my body is rejecting the fluid put in my veins.
I have a wonderful husband, he has taken very good care of me. Thank you Loyd!

Update November 4, 2014, I think my legs are on the mends, I've gone one night not waking up feeling pain.

Lovely little canvas you created.
Sad to hear you have had all those health issues. Pains are never easy to handle. But I'm happy to know that your DH supports you !!
Wishing you a fast recovery and that you may feel better soon.
