I started this little tag a few weeks ago and just now finishing it!
A vintage tulip stamp was inked with memento tuxedo black on neenah 110 lb card stock. Copic makers were used to color the tulips. Black card stock was used to add a border around tulips.
A vintage stamp was inked with archival black ink on a #5 manila tag and then distress inks were used to color on and around the edges.
"Everything has beauty" small talk sticker from idea-ology was applied to tulips. Ribbon was inked with distress ink, heat dried and then applied to tag to finish.
