Paper Doll with Red Dress

My little paper doll is all decked out with a cute red dress and ready for the New Year! 

I'm ready for this year to be gone, I was sick for most of it. 

To make this tag I used a Julie Nutting tag, Julie Nutting paper doll, Prima flowers and embellishment. Lace and ribbon from my stash. Bling in flowers from Paper Studio. Head band and dress from designer paper. 

Trim: Archival black ink was used to ink a Tim Holtz stamp, then spray with water, then distress inks were used to color trim, wrinkle trim and then heat set to dry before applying to tag. 

Archival ink is waterproof.
